Return Policy

At Blue Coast Boats, we want you to love your purchase. Since our products are custom-made, please read the return policy carefully.


1. Customized Products

All of our tumblers are made-to-order and personalized based on your design requests. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • There was a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, incorrect customization)


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bluecoastboats.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify your order.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized tumblers

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items


5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
